The name reflects two ideas: to bear is to carry what life places in your hands, and a well is a place of return—a source of steadiness and renewal when the weight grows heavy.
My approach is eclectic and adaptable, drawing from evidence-based therapies and tailored to your needs, whether you prefer reflective conversation or a more structured, goal-oriented style.
This work is not about forcing change or eliminating all suffering, but about helping you carry life in a more sustainable way—supported by clarity, resilience, and a steady place to return.
